Our band had a great time and we enjoyed the Disney experience, especially the soundtrack workshop at Epcot. Shellie, Chris and both Katies did an outstanding job of planning and meeting the band's needs throughout our trip. Because of the superior customer service, I plan to use Creative Group Tours with my bands for many years to come. I have only one thing I would like to see corrected for any of our future trips. I would like to request newer busses as our bus had engine issues on the way to Florida and again on the way home. I know that unforeseen problems arise, but I have noticed that in the past 3 years, our busses have had issues and I would like to eliminate these problems as it does cost us time on our trips. Thanks again for a wonderful trip!

The kids had a great time. Creative Group Tours made it easy to pay and explained what to expect well. Thank you!

Paige did great work, the events were fun and we were on schedule the whole time. Even ended up able to switch one pair of events that might have gotten cancelled. If you guys use Golden Corral as a food stop on future bus tours, I'd suggest having the group collect money in advance and do a single ticket. Allows for discounts and gets them into the building faster (Sunday afternoon Golden Corral was a bit nuts). Thanks so much!

The hotel was just ok. The bus…not so much. But the most frustrating part of the trip, for me, was being given incorrect information about the tickets. At least two people told me that “group tickets” work differently than regular ones and can’t be linked to the Disney app, which I knew wasn’t true. I tried to explain, but was dismissed. The guide passed along bad information to our director, who then relayed it to me and even insisted the company owner had said linking wasn’t possible. I’m glad I trusted my instincts and figured it out myself, because in between checking in on the kids, I was actually able to enjoy some of the Disney magic. Several students wanted to purchase Lightning Lanes, and had been given money by their parents to do so, but were told it wasn’t an option, which is simply not true. It just takes a few extra minutes and someone willing to help. I can’t speak to the Imagination Campus experience, since I didn’t attend the workshops with the students, but the feedback I heard from them was mixed. As far as trips planned by tour companies go, this was fine I guess. It did not feel like a top tier experience.

The trip was great! The kids were great, and Disney was wonderful. We experienced significant issues with our transportation and hotel. The original bus we were given was not what was advertised, and the bus that arrived at the school had a broken seat. We had to load the bus with the broken seat, drive to a location with a different bus, then switch buses. It was very inconvenient. The hotel we stayed at was a step above a motel. The floors were filthy, and the AC didn't work in multiple rooms. The bus on the ride back to Atlanta was literally falling apart. There was a piece of rubber trim from the top of the bus that was coming off and was smacking against the windows of the bus. It was scaring the kids, and we thought it was going to crack a window. The bus driver eventually pulled over, removed the trim from the bus, and put it under the bus. The most alarming thing was that the bus driver didn't seem to think it was a big deal and was laughing about the situation. I would hope that in the future, the tour company will use a more reputable bus company.

Jessie and I thoroughly enjoyed taking our 8th Grade Band to Carowinds for the first time! Chris and his team were super helpful throughout the entire planning process. They were quick to respond to any questions we had, and ultimately made the trip memorable for us as well as our chaperones and students. We are already planning our next trip!

Chris and the team at CGT did an awesome job bringing my group down to Orlando for several days. Everything was logistically smooth, and made it easy for me as the director/teacher.
